From 1 October 2026, Assistance with personal care is now fully funded by the Government for all participants. Assistance with personal care offers tremendous benefits and will ensure you feel good and maintain a good quality of life.
If you need assistance with personal care, such as showering or taking regular medication, our team can help you. Our experienced personal carers deliver care that is personalised, thoughtful and dignified.
Our services include:
- Help with self-care and activities of daily living (such as showering and grooming)
- Help with the self-administration of medication
- Continence management (non-clinical)
What are the service costs?
Under the Support at Home Program, services in the clinical supports category will continue to be fully funded by government for all participants.
This means these services are fully funded by government and participants will not be required to make any contributions to fees.

Government support and funding
My Aged Care aims to make it easier for older people, their families, and carers to find information on ageing and aged care in Australia. My Aged Care provides online information and trained call centre staff to help get an older person's needs assessed and to find and access services.
