Learning and development

We want all of our team to be able to access training tools to ensure each of you is well prepared for your role and to assist in your career development. To do so, we’ve created our very own Learning Management System (LMS). This enables our team access to learning modules to maintain competencies and ongoing professional development. We’ll advise you of relevant training sessions as they are developed and your manager is always available to discuss any learning opportunities you are interested in. We offer regular practical training sessions, according to your role.

Once you join the Alpha team, you are enabled access to LMS modules and are able to complete when convenient to you. Our experienced team can provide career counselling to help you identify how you would like to progress your career.
