Alpha Support at Home builds on a strong foundation of providing nursing and care worker staff to various healthcare settings, including the homes of older Australians and people living with disability.
In 2023 Alpha Support at Home was established to place a greater focus on supporting older Australians seeking to live independently within their own home, and provide greater brand clarity and recognition to consumers seeking an experienced support at home provider. As a result, our existing in-home aged care clients were transitioned over to Alpha Support at Home and from that point on, all new in-home aged clients will be Alpha Support at Home clients.
Our aim is to be the support at home provider of choice. Alpha Support at Home has a team of experienced managers and service delivery staff who are committed to providing the highest quality service, coordinated to meet the needs of each and every individual.
Alpha Support at Home's purpose is to enrich the lives of those we serve, empowering them to reach their objectives and live independently within their chosen community. We take pride in offering a diverse array of outstanding home care services, tailored to meet the needs of each individual to promote their assisted independence.
Resourcing encompasses tailored support beyond standard provisions. Client-centred focuses on personalised experiences and centres people as the leaders in their own lives. Home support speaks to our services but also our compassionate and welcoming approach. To assist independence and wellbeing recognises the stigmas around ageing and offers an empowering solution without compromising lifestyle.

In 2022, Alpha Support at Home developed a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) to strengthen our commitment to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices within our organisation and the wider community. This RAP outlines meaningful actions designed to create greater opportunities in employment, education, and economic development for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
We crafted our Reconciliation Action Plan through close consultation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff, including our National Coordinator of Indigenous Engagement. We also sought input from client organisations and the broader community to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive approach.
