Consumer Advisory Representation:

Alpha Support at Home also offers opportunities for real participation, collaboration, and empowerment, where we seek engagement and work alongside the community to keep improving the services and supports we offer to enable individuals to remain independent within their home.

Community Consumer Advisory Representatives are volunteers who provide their views on how we can improve our services.

Alpha Support at Home engage with these representatives to:

  • Provide feedback on our web page, brochures, or publications.
  • Participate in surveys, focus groups, committees, or projects.
  • Suggest ways to make our services more user-friendly.
