To support your independence it is important to ensure you maintain a nutritious and well-balanced diet. Our team are here to help and can provide assistance with meal preparation and other dietary requirements.

Private home care is a flexible fee-for-service option that offers you immediate access to support. Unlike government-funded Home Care Packages, private care eliminates the need for government assessments, evaluations, and subsidies. It provides a hassle-free way for you to access the support necessary for independent living. Additionally, private care can complement the care hours you receive through your Home Care Package if they do not fully meet your unique needs.

Government support and funding
My Aged Care aims to make it easier for older people, their families, and carers to find information on ageing and aged care in Australia. My Aged Care provides online information and trained call centre staff to help you get an older person's needs assessed and to find and access services.

Need to transfer from another provider?
STEP 1
Contact My Aged Care
Call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or visit their website www.myagedcare.gov.au and request a new Aged Care Referral Code
STEP 2
Inform your current provider
Call your current provider and advise them of your intention to transfer to Alpha Support at Home and negotiate the date your services will finish.
STEP 3
Contact our support team
Contact our Client Support Team on 1300 023 676 and let us know what date your services will end.
STEP 4
Services with Alpha begin
Alpha Support at Home will setup a new care plan and commence delivering services.
