Restorative Care Pathway
The Restorative Care Pathway provides an intensive short-term period of care after an illness or injury to help you maintain or regain your independence.
You can have access to up to 16 weeks of restorative care services alongside any Support at Home services you already receive.
Our team of nurses and allied health professionals can support you and your loved ones through this process. Our staff are dedicated to delivering expert care tailored to your individual needs.
